Sky What’s Next Leadership Conference

The Brief

Sky wanted to put on a powerful one-day conference for 450 of Sky’s senior management, and tasked us to design, produce and deliver all production requirements.

The Added Dimension

We completely transformed the old Gillette Factory in Brentford to become a fully functioning event space.  We split the factory floor into two areas; one for catering and one for the conference itself.  We also installed a central LED screen to display Sky’s content in HD.

During the afternoon session, we converted the catering area into a Studio 54-style 70’s funk afterparty, complete with retro dancers and a stunning performance from a leading Diana Ross impersonator.

The Result

The event was a complete success, with attendees rating the conference as ‘well organised’, ‘informative’ and ‘thought provoking’ in their feedback and the party as ‘wow’, ‘a huge surprise’ and ‘the best party ever’!
